- How much does a castle hire cost?

- What does the price include?
As we are situated in Burnside, bouncy castle prices usually include free delivery to most of Christchurch, however a delivery fee of $20 is incurred to areas around the Sumner region. Please contact us to get a quote for the delivery fee to your area.
- How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning or emailing us. See our Hire Process page.
- How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book anytime, however, we can get very busy, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Do you hire the castles out overnight?
Due to safety concerns, we do not leave our castles up at night nor overnight.
- How do I pay?
The castles must be paid for before or upon delivery. Most people pay cash upon delivery, we do not accept credit card payments. Personal cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking, or a bank deposit.
- What if it rains?
Bellyflops castles have tailor made rain covers so our castles can still be used in wet conditions. However, they shouldn't be used in Very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad, we will ring you on the day to arrange another time if required.
- How long does it take to set up and pack up the castle?
The castles take approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 to pack up. However, this is only an estimate, times vary depending on which castle you hire.
- Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes, you must be present at installation as we instruct you, as the hirer, in the castle's safety, operation and supervision process. You will need to sign our terms and conditions upon being instructed on castle supervision and safety. The hirer must be over 18 years old. The castle must be supervised at all times, by a responsible adult. See our Hire Process.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is not usually required.
