The Hire Process

 

  • Have a look at what castle would suit your needs.

 

  • Before making your booking, please ensure that there is enough space for the equipment. The bouncy castles need an additional 1 metre gap in front of the castle (to allow easy access and supervision) and a 1 metre gap behind for the blower. We will also need access to a power source. If this is not avaliable, please let us know as we have a petrol blower for  an additional fee.
  • Due to it's size, If hiring the House of Fun, we need a 1 metre entrance (gate width) into your garden

 

  • Either phone or email us with the date of your event, the preferred time of installation and your details. You will find our contact details on the contacts page.


  • We will email, or phone you with confirmation that you castle is booked.

 

  • The day before the hire, we will contact you to confirm delivery/installation times/ weather forecast. 

 

  • On the day of your booking, please ensure that any obstructions/hazards, including stones, overhanging tree branches, sharp bushes, dog poo, broken glass, slides, garden toys etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be put. We do not put our castles on stone surfaces. Grass is recommended.

 

  • On the hire day, our installer will come and instruct you on the castle's safe operation and supervision. Please see our Conditions of Hire. Upon delivery, you will need to read and sign a Hire contract. . The Hirer  must be over 18 years old.

 

  • Our installer will arrive to collect the castle at a prearranged time.
